For Oral Presentation

・Presentations must be delivered in English.

・You will be given a maximum of 10 minutes for the presentation proper and 4 minutes for the Q&A session.
There will be a timer during the presentation. First bell is for 8 minutes, and the second bell is for 10 minutes.

・There will be a 1 minute interval in between presentations.
This time is allotted for the preparation of the next speaker.

・Please use your own PC to share your presentation slides.

・Laser pointer and HDMI cable will be provided during the sessions.
If you will use a PC without an HDMI port, please bring a converter cable or adapter.

・There is no specific format for the presentation, but it is recommended that Tokyo Tech students follow the following template:Presetation Template.
The template can only be accessed in the campus network.

・Each session will have an assigned chairperson.
The chairperson will be chosen among the oral presenters from other sessions.
Chosen chairpersons will be notified in advance (around a week before conference date).

・Please check the program for the schedule of your presentation and ensure that you are in the designated place before the scheduled start time of your session/presentation.

For Poster Presentation

・Posters must be written in English.

・Poster session is scheduled for 1 hour.

・The poster must be in A0 size and in portrait orientation.

・Each poster presenter is responsible for printing their poster and bringing it to the designated area:
Media Hall, West Bldg. 9: Media Hall.

・Posters can be set up on August 2 (4:00 pm - 6:00 pm) or August 3 (8:30 am - 9:00 am).

・Posters will be attached on the boards provided in the Media Hall.
Poster numbers will be placed on the boards.
Find your poster number and put up your printed poster in the designated space.

・Push pins will be provided to hang your poster.

・Poster presenters are required to stand by the poster during the duration of the poster session to answer questions from attendees.

・Posters will be displayed until the Award Ceremony on August 4.
Posters will be removed after the award ceremony.
In case you can only attend on August 3, you may remove your printed poster on that day.
