According to the AOTULE objectives, AOTULE functions as a partnership of its member universities. Membership of the Board of AOTULE will be made up of the Presidents of the member universities. A deans meeting of the AOTULE is planned to be held annually. The Steering Committee of AOTULE acts as an active engine on the day to day operations between annual deans meetings.
The current Chair of AOTULE is Prof. Ir. SUWARNO (from Feb. 2011), Dean, School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics,
Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia.
The Chair person-elect of AOTULE is Prof. Zhuo ZHUANG, Deputy Dean, School of Aerospace, Tsinghua Univ. China, who was recommended
by a mutual vote at the 5th Deans meeing (Nov. 2010).
The organization of the AOTULE was discussed in the 2nd deans meeting
in Daejeon. As a result of this discussion, it was agreed to set up a Steering
Committee of AOTULE to smoothly operate the various programs. Since the
main scheduled programs are the deans meeting, student research workshops,
summer school, and student exchange program, four sub- groups were established
by the Committee members as listed below.
